Requesting Transcripts and Records

Use this online form to request a transcript from Eagletown Schools Registrar. Test scores are always included as part of the transcript. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed. Please remember to allow 10 business days for mailed transcripts to arrive at their destination.
